Membership Benefits

Please note that benefits are subject to the specific tier's offerings and may vary.

Payment and Renewal Terms
Seamless Payment Process: Your membership dues, as per your selected tier, will be charged according to the frequency you choose – monthly, quarterly, or annually. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Memberships are auto-renewed for uninterrupted service, but you can opt out of this feature anytime.
Important to note: The Moja Earth Membership is directly linked to our Moja Garden Programme and requires a minimum membership commitment of 1 year. Payment structure for this membership follows an annual or trimester payment scheme.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your Moja membership at any time. To ensure a smooth process, please inform us 30 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations will be effective from the end of your current paid period.
Important to note: Since the Moja Earth Membership is directly linked to a scholarship programme for a student, it has a cancellation period at least 3 months prior to the end of membership term.

Refund Policy
Understanding Our Refund Policy: While we hope you remain satisfied with the Moja Experience, we understand circumstances change. Please note that our memberships are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your membership anytime to prevent future charges.
